This double storey two bedroom townhouse is the perfect beach pad with only a few shorts minutes to Sunshine Beach and cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants.

Warm timber floors feature prominently and the open plan kitchen and living areas spill seamlessly through to the raised timber deck overlooking the resort style pool.

The spacious kitchen allows for a centrally placed dining area, the perfect place to informally entertain family and friends or for intimate dinners for two.

Privately fenced yard and pool area with raised entertaining timber platform will see you spending most of your time outdoors, relaxing, or entertaining.

Good location, suits a couple or a small family

The property was clean, had everything you need for your stay. Access etc. very easy to deal with. It is a bit small and the big issue for us was no aircon upstairs and it was unbearable to sleep even with the fans.
