It's just a house on the beach
If you are looking for just a house on the beach, this is your house. It is an older beach house and it is showing its age. The house has had a water issue in the past. Mildew smell, holes in ceilings and walls. Furniture was very dated and worn. Mattress in master had a lump in the middle. Rental stated a few paper items would be provided but nothing was there at 4pm check in. Oddly enough a bag arrived around 7p or at least that's when we discovered it near our car. Thankfully, we bring our own tp! Loved the walk way to beach. Nice benches for sitting however, it doesnt go out the beach like the surrounding houses. Walking in the sand and up the dune was difficult having a physical disability. Did we enjoy are time at the beach/house? Yes. Does the house need a bit of updating and TLC, also yes. **I said all this as owners of several rental properties on furnish finders.
