Very Clean, room serviced daily, car spots can be an issue but they have a free Valet service which makes up for it. Very close to the food hotspots and 15-20 mins from major shopping malls. Overall best spot to stay

Best staff ever

For the price paid, the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The staff are exceptional, well trained and friendly. Professional to a T. the breakfast was huge, myriad choices and not crowded. The bed was comfy with great pillows, loved the location. Back to the staff, best staff EVER.

This place is good.

Very nice hotel. There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. OK, most of the western ones are fast food. but they are close and convenient. I'll stay here again next time in Surabaya.

Good all-around hotel with eating options nearby

There are numerous restaurants nearby including the usual fast food chains, Chinese, Korean and local cuisines. The breakfast was selection was good. The WiFi worked well. I loved their swimming pool which was narrow but 25m in length. Great for doing laps!
