「Great ocean views and clean house nice kitchen and bedrooms with balconies 」

「This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues.
