Located a short walk from the beach, this home is the ideal place for you and your loved ones to relax and unwind -- out of the hustle and bustle but just minutes from the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean, an assortment of restaurants and shops, and the soon-to-be Surfside Beach Pier. Your family will love the open floor plan and abundance of outdoor living space which provides areas to both gather as well as enjoy privacy. The large fenced-in backyard features a pool with a sunning shelf and overflow-style spa (seasonal heat available for an additional fee). There's no doubt about it, you'll be relaxed and well-rested after a stay at Antigua Rest!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator To All Floors, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HOT TUB HEAT
Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. Please note that heating performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, most systems will not operate effectively if the surrounding air temperature falls below 55°F. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
