This area is ideal for year-round vacations, with restaurants, ice cream shops, seafood spots, and local favorites all within walking distance or a quick golf cart ride. Grocery stores, Walmart, and pharmacies are less than 5 minutes away, so everything you need is close by.

Myrtle Beach attractions like Broadway at the Beach, mini golf, shopping, and shows are just a short drive north, while Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park offer scenic Lowcountry escapes nearby.

🐠 Welcome to Chateau Relaxo — where beach days are effortless and family memories come easy. This all-newly furnished 4BR RAISED beach home sleeps up to 12 guests and is designed with families and extended families in mind. Every bedroom features a Smart TV, and the first-floor king suite with ensuite bath is perfect for grandparents or anyone avoiding too many stairs.

After the beach, rinse off in the PRIVATE outdoor shower and unwind by the HUGE private pool which is both heatable and coolable for year-round enjoyment. Or relax in the sun or shade on the large lounge deck by the pool. You can also come off the beach and grill something tasty on the gas grill!

Relax on one of three spacious porches, cruise the neighborhood with complimentary use of the 4-seat golf cart. The home also includes beach equipment, making packing a breeze.

Inside, the fully stocked oversized kitchen is perfect for family meals, with upstairs bedrooms offering two queens, a bunk room, and a king suite. Additionally, there is plenty of space for everyone in the open main floor design and living area. Truly an amazing space for the whole family!

This property also boasts being entirely separate single family home and is NOT a duplex.

*Pool HEATING and COOLING is not automatically included and is optional. Pool temperature modification is $150 extra for each week or portion of each week thereof and must be requested (typically) at least 3 days in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months or in the prime heat of summer to maximize enjoyment. POOL HEAT is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 45-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The months of Jan-Feb can generally be too cold to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature. We set the WATER temperature between 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. A pool heater is designed to make swimming just a bit more comfortable in cooler (not freezing) weather. Please inquire if desired.

*While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required at all times.

*Parking for up to 6 Vehicles on drive -Grass and Street Parking Not Permitted

*While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'pet cleaning fee'. (this fee is capped for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. This is not included in other platforms or our direct booking site and will be billed after booking.
5. Pets are not allowed on house furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings/inspections every 2 or 4 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is less than the departure cleaning fee, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen change service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS. FEDEX AND UPS CAN BE DELIVERED.
