Main disappointment was cleanliness of house Not clean. Dinghy Bathtubs clogged so stand in water to shower. Bathroom sinks slow to drain Maintenance did replace 15 lightbulbs n install dangling smoke detector n remove prongs left stuck in electrical outlet Tight parking Locked out at 9:57 on departure day. Unable to retrieve detergent or to unload dishwasher n to take souvenir cup Actually had to pay to have cup sent Loved beach view from top balcony

We have been coming to ocean lakes and renting beach houses for our family vacations for years. We have never been in a rental this poor. My parents took the 14k out of their retirement for our family vacation so we could all be together for my mom’s birthday and my grandma’s 80th celebration. The house was dirty; dirty dishes in the cabinets, the kids feet were black from the floors within 5 minutes of walking on it. We dropped ice on the floor and when we went to wipe it up the paper towels were black. The bathrooms had black in the tubs; we weren’t even comfortable giving our 2 and 5 year olds baths in the tubs. There were no sheet put on the bunk beds for the kids; we had to go searching for the sheets to make the beds ourselves. Lights were broken, smoke detectors hung from the ceilings not hooked up, the granite countertop was broken and a piece looked like it could slide right out. Carpets were extremely dirty and had holes in it, a couple bath towels had holes in them and there weren’t enough for 14 people. We had to go out and buy our own. The kitchen was lacking enough pots and pans to cook a full meal in.We found new things every single day while we were there that added to the disappointment of the trip as opposed to us being able to enjoy it. I spent my week emailing items to the support team, every single time I would get someone different who said they’d make a note. They offered to come clean DAYS after we had already been there and cleaned ourselves. Feel
