"The room was great. Just enough for a couple of nights on a solo trip. Shower was awesome. Clean. Everything you need. Kim was easy and great to communicate with. The only thing is the beach, which is NOT the owners fault. Maybe I came on an off time, but it was gross. The city should do way better. So littered. I wouldn’t have my daughter play on that beach at all. The place to stay itself and the owner is GREAT. The city should be ashamed as to how gross that beach is. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful, Young lady at the front desk was very nice, Yogi was another staff member that was very nice and helpful. Even though the website says compact parking, I was still able to park my Yukon XL there with plenty of space. The room was spacious and clean, restroom was nice as well, and the air conditioning worked great."

"The staff was excellent and room was well taken care of and clean. Cool patio upstairs to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. Nice location by the beach and walking distance to all the hot spots. Bolsa Chica beach is nearby. Will definitely come back and stay again."

"Total false advertising. There is no pool and no breakfast at all except tea and coffee. Street side rooms are very noisy so get a room with balcony facing ocean. Rooms are very old and not updated but the manager Nazrul Khan did make our more enjoyable as he upgraded us to an ocean view room the next day which was so much better. "
