Modern house completely renovated: approximately 180m2 + 2 covered terraces (16m2 + approximately 40m2). Garden: 1600m2. 2 double bedrooms + 1 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms (including 1 in the master), 2 toilets, 1 equipped kitchen and a large TV lounge. In the south of Mauritius, direct access to Riambel beach. Completely equipped including a barbecue, ceiling fans and air conditioners in the rooms, WIFI Internet and TV with international channels ... Cleaning 5/7 days included.
Only 20 minutes from the famous "One Eye" of the Kitespot in Le Morne and 5 minutes from the stables and 2 minutes on foot from the Vortex, Heritage Golf at 7km, The valley of colors quad biking at 17 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is at Chemin Grenier at 5 km and for the base there are small shops at 2 km at Suriname.
There are good restaurants nearby.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le sud de l'île est encore relativement préservée du béton et de l'urbanisation à outrance. La maison est magnifique, super équipée, bien propre et bien sécurisée. Son jardin est splendide! L’accès à la plage est top! Une voiture est très utile pour visiter la région, mais pas indispensable si on reste à la maison, on trouve de tout à Surinam. Amrita est très gentille et disponible, toujours dispo en cas de besoin. N'hésitez pas si vous aimez le calme et l'authenticité, c'est la vraie ile Maurice!

Mit unseren Kindern (3 & 6 Jahre) waren wir 24 Tage im Ferienhaus. Das Haus, die Einrichtung, der Garten und der Zugang zum Strand sind grandios. An Werktagen kommt die Hauskeeperin „Amrita“. Sie räumt und putzt, gibt Tipps und gegen Aufpreis bereitet sie lokale Gerichte zu. Wir haben uns dreimal bekochen lassen. Im Süden waren wir Abseits der Touristenhochburgen. Mietauto ist ein Muss. Kleines Manko könnte die anliegende Straße sein. Wir würden das Haus dennoch absolut empfehlen.

Superbe séjour

Le logement est vraiment agréable. Il ne manque rien. Jardin , maison, accès plage. La location est top pour ceux qui aiment la nature, les paysages splendides et authentiques et les activités sportives. Le plus réside en la présence d’Amrita qui nous donne de bons conseils, range la maison et prépare des plats succulents. Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Merci merci aux propriétaires à Amrita et à sa famille

Un sejour parfait

Une maison où tout est en place, tout est propre, tout fonctionne. Il ne manque rien. En tous cas, rien d'important. De plus, la cuisine d'Amrita et les services de Sanjai vous font vivre une vie de nabab. Et le petit portillon d'accès direct à la plage .. un délice au lever du soleil. J'arrête, cette location va devenir inaccessible !

Maison spacieuse avec un grand jardin. Magnifique plage juste à proximité accessible par un portillon. Équipement idéal pour une famille. Voiture indispensable. Maison refaite de manière moderne à l'intérieur, fonctionnelle, spacieuse et très agréable. Terrasses très agréables également avec vue sur le jardin. Accès pratique à la plage publique depuis le fond du jardin. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud de l'ile. Amrita très disponible et prépare de très bons plats mauriciens.

Great property for exploring the area and experiencing a bit more of Mauritian life

Really enjoyed staying here. The property is very comfortable and secure, with everything you need and direct access to Riambel beach. Housekeeper is great - really helpful and a wonderful cook if you don't want to eat out all the time or cook yourself. Riambel is a quiet but friendly residential area where things get slightly more lively at the weekends when Mauritians head to the beach. The surrounding villages/towns are also residential rather than tourist spots but much quieter and cleaner than the cities. Having been to the more touristy areas on previous visits (and enjoyed them), we really liked staying here for something a bit different. There was easy access to all the activities in the South West around Le Morne and the national park, a range of great public beaches (e.g St Felix) and plenty of good places to eat! And it's easier enough to travel to other parts of the island in a hire car.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus in fantastischer Lage

Sehr schönes, großzügiges und voll ausgestattetes Haus mit direktem Zugang zum Riambel-Strand. Wir haben 18 Tage über Weihnachten/Silvester hier verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Amrita hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen und mehrmals sehr lecker für uns gekocht. 5 Sterne und 100% Weiterempfehlung.
