「Our room was not properly cleaned. The bedding looked dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed or swept. Betting for the pullout beds were not in the room. We had to call and ask for them.」

「We were a little on the edge arriving to the place but once we checked in the staff was super kind and helpful. We entered our room and was super clean. Overall if we needed anything the staff was there to help and was a great experience」

「I felt like the room was a dungeon. I was on the first floor and the patio faced the courtyard so you couldn't have the drapes open and the front door with the other window faced the other courtyard so I couldn't have that drapes open because people would be looking in the room. So the whole time the drapes were closed, and the room was very dark and depressing. Also a lot of construction going on at the site.」
