"Very disappointed with my stay. I paid a premium room rate expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but ended up dealing with bed bugs and multiple bites during the night. What made the situation worse was the response from the staff. Instead of showing empathy or genuine concern, they casually explained their “process” for handling such incidents, as if this was normal, and made no effort to compensate or even offer a discount for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. For the amount charged, this level of service and hygiene is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves both room cleanliness and customer service."

"Nice cabin, very clean, with a functional kitchen. We were locked out of the loft (where three beds are) when we checked in, and couldn't reach the property manager until the next day. I had to climb up into the loft from the kitchen, otherwise we would have been sleeping on couches and the floor."

"This one-room VRBO was, for the most part, very comfortable for my husband and me. It's a wonderful location and we appreciated the ability to trickle-charge our EV overnight using the outside plug. The primary bed was very comfortable. We do have modest suggestions: a third floor lamp or table lamp (in addition to the two bedside table lamps) would be a big plus. I am sensitive to overhead lighting so had to wear a hat anytime the kitchen lights were on. We also suggest curtains that open wider so that the room is not so dark during the day (maybe tie-backs could solve this?). We could not figure out the toaster oven and did not find any instructions. It is complicated and really needs instructions. My friend who stayed there this past winter said she also couldn't figure out the toaster oven (and wrote the owner about it). On-site written instructions would have been very helpful. Overall, a nice place and I would definitely recommend it to others (and give it five stars instead of four if the 3 issues above were addressed)."

"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances, pots/pans and utensils. Plenty of spices & seasonings. Only bummer for the amenities was in the photos it showed a TV upstairs in the loft area, along with 2 futon beds which was one reason we booked it for the 2 kids we had with us. They would have liked to watch their own movies and sleep together. We would love to come back! "
