「While the interior of the home was nice, the property was located in a neighborhood of retirement homes and the community club was too small. Renters were not able to use the facilities on Saturday and as people of color, we did not feel welcome.」

「Overall the stay was amazing. The house was very open and accommodating to 8 people. Bedrooms were a good size for all and property manager Michael was quick to answer any questions. The pool was great for the kids and an on site restaurant and bar were very convenient to have close by. The house is only about 15 minutes from Lewes beach and about 25 from Rehoboth Beach. 「3 families stayed here for 4 nights over thanksgiving and the house is perfectly situated for group gathering, cooking and relaxing, plus a little adventure on the love creek. We took the kayaks out and it was wonderful to do this in the colder weather. We used the hot tub and fireplace and spent quality time together. We really loved every minute of it. 「The layout of the house is excellent with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The only glitch was the electronis lock did not accept the code we were sent and we had to contact the owner. It was resolved within 30 minutes and there were no further issues. We were very pleased with our stay.」
