“It’s was clean. The door to the shower was off the top hinge and wouldn’t close properly. The pillows were very uncomfortable and no clear instructions on turning on lights and AC. We didn’t know you have to keep your card in a slot to have it turn on. We were also charged 10 Euros upon departure for a city tax when I paid for the room and taxes on Expedia ”

“The staff was really nice gave us ideas of things to do. Made us feel like family. The dinner was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. They have plenty of parking. Finding it was not the easiest but GPS will get you there. ”

Francis è di una gentilezza, cortesia ed empatia davvero eccezionali. Colazione con prodotti freschi e vari, possibilità di sgranocchiare qualcosa al bar, ad esempio una pinsa. “It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience.……

Unici giudizi negativi che do’ riguardano la televisione che ha impiegato un po’ di tempo per collegarsi alla rete per i canali tv è un banner pubblicitario che non riuscivamo a togliere dallo schermo e che dava fastidio . E poi la temperatura della piscina della spa che non era proprio termale anzi un po’ freddina ”

“This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in years. The staff gave me a full game plan of seeing Rome with a map and all. I had a beautiful wraparound balcony that had a full view of the train station. The train station is about 12 paces from the front door and coffee at the station bar each morning was truly delightful. It gives boutique without compromising the cleanliness you expect with a daily maid service. It’s about 30 mins via train to the center of Rome but also only 2 train……
