Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break.

The room was front facing with a lovely view 👍.. We really enjoyed a little break at the hotel , it has plenty of downstairs sitting space & the grounds outside was huge .. Special thanks to " Simon " who was working on reception & in the bar , for the friendly , and professional service.. Also ...

Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area
