The hotel is connected to a mall and a movie theater so to start off there was absolutely no parking left in the parking lot so we had to park across the street in that building’s parking garage which they validated but it was inconvenient. At check in there were at least 10 people ahead of me felt like they were short staffed. The room at this location was ok… not great. Lots of young couples. The mall connected to the hotel had so many great restaurants, dessert shops and coffee shops.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location and very safe. The room is spacious, well-equipped, modern, and spotless. The Bed is very comfortable. It is connected to a mall with several good food options and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Outstanding.

My family and I stayed here for four nights and staying here was a really great decision. The bus to the train station was just up the street, the amount of places to eat was really convenient and the kids area was the cherry on top! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel for families, their pool is different from other Korean Hotels where adults mostly swim laps. They actually have a kid friendly dedicated pool. Mall located below hotel with different places to eat. few kids places to visit play and spend time. Also a 24/7 convenience store which when closed, you need a korean check card (debit card) to access the store scan items yourself and pay.

This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is spacious, and the elevators are easy to access, so getting around the building is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel building itself has many restaurants and fun spaces for kids, along with great amenities like a convenience store, hospital, and pharmacy—all in the same building, so you don’t have to go far. The surrounding area is quiet since it’s mostly office buildings. If you don’t have a car, I highly recommend using the hotel shuttle—it makes getting to nearby stations and bus stops very easy and comfortable. Since we stayed for a week, the laundry facilities were a huge plus. They have both washers and dryers, and everything worked perfectly—plus they use Samsung machines, which was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these.

The star of the show here is the breakfast. There is a terrific selection and if you don't find food that you like, you just aren't hungry! Maroons are clean and decent. The pillows are pleasant. The beds are particularly firm.
