"Room was very nice. Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Location was GREAT, at least for me. Close to pretty much everything I cared about for my two day stay (while waiting for cruise to begin). Didn't clean room, but I didn't care. Staff was generally very nice and helpful. Only things I didn't like were:
(1) wouldn't let me check in an hour or two early. (Bus driver had offered to drive me from hotel to lodge. Since they wouldn't allow early check-in, even though room was ready, I ended having to carry luggage a block.)
2) They wanted to charge hourly rate for late checkout, even though they told me they didn't need the room. I've never come across that before."
