We really liked the location and the staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and cinnamon buns were delicious. The rooms were clean. The bathroom sink was appalling- no space for anything. The pictures on Expedia were deceptive- our room was certainly not anything like the room we were assigned.

It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand.

When we booked the hotel was highly rated at 9.7. It was clean, newly decorated to a high standard, our junior suite was spacious enough for a city centre hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the bar opposite played excessively loud outdoor music until 9pm when it moved indoors and although slightly less loud it continued to the early hours Rooms to the rear were very/too small and overlooked the courtyard with aircon/boiler drone.
