“Uzuri Villa est une maison rare et extraordinaire sur Jambiani. Beaucoup de charme, l’accueil est fait par la chicissime Elga, une jolie italienne amoureuse de Zanzibar. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la nourriture est simple et délicieuse. Un vrai bonheur! La piscine est aussi fabuleuse à pratiquer lorsque la marée est basse . Et pour finir , le personnel fait tout pour nous combler . La situation de Uzuri au bord de la plage permet de suivre toutes les activités des pecheurs , ramasseurs……

“The location is perfect, directly on the long, nice and pretty calm Jambiani beach. The hotel has a large garden with flowers and palm trees around the pool area. Some sun beds directly on the beach (with a small fence so vendors not walking straight in) Good breakfast. We had a large basic room eith big bed and huge balcony with excellent sea view. ”

“Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a little sparse but the location and outdoor facilities were great. I stayed in a room facing the ocean. Fantastic. Much better than a pool room. Should note that this hotel will not refund cancellations even though their policy says so. Beware. ”

“The reviews on this place did not serve it justice! I was blown away at the amenities that were not mentioned. When you arrive you are greeted with a welcome drink and cleansing towel. There is a restaurant on site and you basically get a concierge that you can message whenever you need something. They even provide a grocery list of things they can shop for you and will do your laundry (both for a fee). Shuttle to sister hotel to go to the beach was a good plus (no fee). Staff was……

“We stayed 4 nights. We did not have any toiletries in our room until the last night we were there. Our room felt like it was actually cleaned. The resort has potential to be a really great resort. Management of it really lacks. We had one outside light out of a possible 3. Lights burnt out inside the room. It could use proper management.”

“Room was beautiful as well resort was stunning. It was perfect stop in our honeymoon trip trough Zanzibar Staff is friendly and helpful. It is 5min from Paje but so much more beautiful then hotels/resorts there Highly recommend...and we will come back”

“Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir es schließlich. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm, der Kleiderschrank bot kaum Platz für Kleidung. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, und wie in anderen Hotels auf der Insel bekamen wir nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag! Im Badezimmer fehlte ein Spiegel, es gab nur einen Stuhl, und die Matratze war vermutlich von Flöhen befallen, denn wir juckten uns ständig – und das nicht wegen Mücken! Wir baten um einen……
