"Moose Creek Ranch is a beautiful property! The staff is amazingly friendly and so helpful. The room exceeded our expectation with a full kitchen and living room area separate from the bedroom. We enjoyed the lodge and fireplace each evening, the pizza was delicious, the sauna was a unique experience creekside. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Grand Teton area"

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, and the heating system wasn’t any better. Because of the noise, we couldn’t leave either running while trying to sleep, which meant we ended up freezing through the night. To make matters worse, the blanket provided was very thin and did little to keep us warm. The biggest issue, however, was with the door. It would not lock properly when we left the room. We were forced to take all of our belongings with us and leave them in the car whenever we went out, which was both inconvenient and stressful. Anyone could have easily entered our room while we were gone. Oddly, the door could be locked from the inside, but that didn’t help when we weren’t there. To top it all off, there was no staff available at any point. There was no one for check-in or check-out, and when we tried to call multiple times for help with the door issue, no one answered. We received absolutely no assistance throughout our stay. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend staying here."

"There were a lot of dings in the hallway going to our room just making it look a bit rough. Our room had a weird smell. Something like wet paint but not? I don’t know. We were there because it’s close to the hospital so we had multiple other things on our minds to complain or deal with this."
