This quaint seaside terraced cottage is the perfect destination for two to enjoy a romantic getaway in the heart of Swanage. Just a 20-minute meander from the main beach, sparkling clear Swanage shores, shops, restaurants and attractions. Space is plentiful in this deceptively generous cottage. A king size main bedroom makes for a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring. The living area with seating for 4, is traditionally adorned with modern touches. The log burner provides a wonderful romantic focal point for you to curl up and enjoy a glass of wine next to.

The large, bright kitchen is well quipped and includes a dining table to seat 4. Stunning classic wood beams encompass the cottage and bring real character to the property, providing a traditional and cosy feel throughout. Cricket Cottage is the ideal holiday getaway for couples or young families looking to explore beautiful Purbeck at any time of the year. There is also bike storage if you wish to utilise the plethora of stunning cycling routes in Purbeck.

This cottage provides idyllic accommodation for those seeking a romantic escape in a traditional seaside town. Close to both Swanage and surrounding villages, you will find plenty to explore and do in Purbeck with Cricket Cottage as your base. Blue flag beaches are just a short stroll away as well as all the other delights Swanage has to offer. Why not take a short drive down to Corfe Castle, or enjoy the stunning miles of sandy beaches in Studland?

Please note that the cottage only takes children up to 2 years old.

Ideal location

The property is in a prime location for site seeing and hiking. Everything was supplied in the cottage for your stay, except for the spare keys, which the owner was informed about, plus an hairdryer, which the owner promptly provided. A really nice cottage. Perfect for all bus routes.
