Idyllic spot

We visitors this property for a short visit. We found it charming and convenient. There is a wall of windows that face east and in the morning at sunrise the space is bathed in a beautiful golden yellow. We loved it.

Location / Location / Location - Swansboro a great little fishing town in Eastern North Carolina. Charming place just like the town it's part of, couldn't say enough about the host and how accommodating the place was.

December 26th-December 29th

My husband, sister, and brother-in-law enjoyed the quaintness and character of the home. Views were amazing! I loved the fact that I knew the people associated with the house. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shops in downtown Swansboro. Even though the fish were not biting, it was still nice having a private dock. It was a very relaxing getaway! Great getaway

The cottage was everything described and more. We used the beach chairs one day to meet family on the beach for a lovely day! We walked to several restaurants and shops and we had one of the most relaxing enjoyable vacations ever.

What a gem!

Great House

The house is in very good shape and we were provided with all of the necessities, including trash bags, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet, paper, etc. The owners took great care in making sure the house was perfect for a group of four adults. The house would be also very good for a family. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved Swansboro and Sandy Point

We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for us to make breakfast. We had coffee and cocktails on the deck, and some wonderful meals outside at the local restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Picturesque and Perfect!!

Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly parents and everything was PERFECT. All questions to the owner were answered immediately. Close to everything. The sunrise in the morning across the water is perfect with coffee in hand.

Made the Best of it Despite Tropical Storm

House was clean and well stocked. Views of White Oak River were incredible. Walking distance to all the restaurants in Swansboro. The shared driveway with Il Cigno Italiano was a little annoying at dinner time, but that was minor. Evan was super responsive and helpful and on top of things when the power went out due to a tropical storm. Would definitely stay here again.

So Cozy
