This was a stopover on a road trip from Mississippi to Virginia. Convenient location, clean, safe area. My particular room had an uneven floor. Walking from the door straight toward the window, there was an obvious slant from right to left. Enough to make you feel off balance. I told the desk clerk about it.

Room was clean. But we have kids and was not told beforehand the pool would be closed. We only booked because there was a pool and had plan on spending the afternoon with the kids by the pool. That wined up having to stay in the room. Was very upset and deserve a credit of so sort.
