Room, lobby and breakfast area was very clean. The furniture could use some updating but it just looked like it had been there a while but chairs in dining room still sat good. Breakfast options was very good. Coffee machine is new and people were having a hard time figuring out how to use it but it made great coffe regular, decaf or hot water. All staff were very friendly

Room was super clean, i always check natresses since i have a bad experience with bed bugs that being said the matresses were well protected, clean and looked new. Staff was amazing and helpful, they knew we had a long trip ahead and let us take snacks even offer to bring more out if we did not have enough available to us.
Check out was fast, it was a perfect rest stop for two long days of driving, we are very satisfied with the hotel def. Will add it as one of our stops for the next trip.
Breakfast was good :) lots of choices and included for the price we would have paid at a different hotel without breakfast.

For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $.

Breakfast was good. Toilet needed to be cleaned better. Visible urine on back of seat. Staff was attentive enough. To this hotel because it had an indoor pool and I was excited to let my kids swim in the winter, but the pool was not usable because the heating element was not working. Super bummer for the kids.
