A beautiful property with multiple pools including adults only and wonderful access to the beach area for The Dead Sea. Attendants on duty helped with mud and salt scrubs and then clean water rinsing and gave me a certificate to keep with my mud thumb print. When I went to the concierge to ask if they had anything to protect it for my trip home Mohammed volunteered to help, disappeared behind the reception counter and came back with it laminated. Perfect and much appreciated. I also really enjoyed the nice Italian restaurant down by the pool. The food and wine were both excellent. There was also a buffet and another restaurant but I stuck to the Italian one.

The staff were extremely friendly, I especially want to give an honorable mention to Anas, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. He was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really stood out to us and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The property was beautiful, but the room had a mildew smell and the bathrooms were odd where the toilet was not in the same room as the sink or the shower.

Lovely stay and beautiful location. Mudding was fun. Hussein at the beach was very helpful in that regard. Great selection of fresh food. Lamb was delicious. Would recommend.
