「Room was comfortable, outside patio great, breakfast was fabulous (best omelet I have ever eaten!) But no TV in rooms or in common area???? This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience.」

「Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel looks new but the bed sheet looks outdated. The duvet insert is greyish colour (feels dirty) which makes me uncomfortable. They offer two bottles of water for the first day. If you want more water on the second it’s for extra charge. I got a kettle but it looks dirty inside.」

「DO NOT, stay at this property. I couldn’t find a wall plug in so I unplugged the AC unit on the wall only to find one of the prongs complete black and burnt, and the port it was plugged in to on the wall, completely black and melted which is a major fire hazard. The shower curtain rod was literally falling off, the TV didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and to top it all off, there were blood stains on one of the pillows. And yes, I took picture of everything. It’s a shame I had to leave...

「The proprietor was very helpful and took good care of all our needs. The property is in a good location for easy access to downtown Kelowna but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the peace. The view isn't bad either. We definitely would recommend this property.」
