"Very nice stay at this hotel in Zurich. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Overall hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also nice. Location was very convenient to restaurants as well but I would advise not to miss other areas of Zurich as well. Would stay again"

"My room was spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water. Took me a while to figure out to pull the faucet to get the shower head to work. Loved the bar area with the piano and the appetizers were yummy. Breakfast buffet was good. Very close to the train station, within walking distance, which was convenient for me. "

"Out of all the other hotels in Luzern, this one is one of the best budget hotels you can choose from, which explains the name. Most hotels we’ve been to usually have coffee, hair dryer, iron in the room. You had to pay 3.50 CHF for a machine coffee. Put 20 CFH deposit down for a basic hair dryer…pay for luggage storage and early check-in. It was a lot of paying for little services hotels usually offer for the service you pay…we had to leave a day earlier and even tho we expected no money back, at least the front desk staff tried to help and we got the tax refund for that night which was nice least and was appreciated for their effort. I wouldn’t stay for too long at this hotel. "

"Stay was nice. Just a small comment that Not enough instructions on how to reach staff. I tried calling but no answer. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Still, would be nice to be able to get help. Place is super nice and clean. Shuttle from and to GVA was super easy and convenient. "
