Subpar
I had to stay in this hotel ( more like a lodge) because there’s no other option for me in the area. Only 9 rooms in total in this hotel. You enter from a pub, they check you in in the bar area by the restaurant staff (no proper reception). Sound insulation is terrible, i can hear very clearly the next room talk, which is so annoying. The room itself is super basic, furnitures are old. Cleanliness is below standard, stains on the tea cup and bedsheets, toilet sink. Lotsssss of insects, moths, and unknown small flies. Dusts are everywhere. Staffs are alright. But don’t expect anything hotel standard. The only reason I have to stay here is cus I don’t drive and need to visit somewhere around in early morning. Paid ~aud140-150/ night is definitely not worth it. I’d rather stay somewhere and use and uber sigh.

Very frustrating stay. The room seemed great when I walked in - then I took a closer look. The worst thing was the bed - the 'king bed' was two singles pushed together, which is a huge no no and deceptive advertising. The shower was fine, but the shower head was fixed far too low - anyone over 5' 9" would need to stoop or hit their head. The area wasn't great - the view out my back window was trucks continually coming and going all day. Finally, it was disappointing to have cleaning staff trying to move me on at 10am when I was staying another night (and had the don't disturb sign on the door) - both training & guest records need to be much better.

Good value although I was given a room right next to the restaurant/bar and it was really loud until 12 so it was hard to sleep. There were creaky doors and the car park outside was noisy when the restaurant emptied.

No Microwave, No toaster, No sugar, No cutlery of any kind. Noisy factory compressor out the back. Courtyard dirty/unkept. Beds and bathroom were good.

Very noisy - terrible sound proofing for windows. There was a loud function with obnoxious drunken patrons that continued past midnight, which management did not control.

Good sized clean room with AC. Helpful staff-I had late check in. Easy -level- close by parking. Comfortable bed, good linen. Only negative was a machinery noise of droning electric motors, that I didn’t notice at first but was evident from 0500. Overall- good value.

I called the hotel asked if we could check in earlier. The Manager (Donna I think her name was... I'm hopeless with names) was very accomodating & checked to see if the room was ready, which it was. The Manager checked me in & took me to our room showed me around. She was very friendly. & informative. I like that it had a courtyard & but we didn't get to use it, 'cos it was raining. It has a nice big bathroom for a hotel & roomy shower. It was probably the quietest pub hotel that we stayed & which was a pleasant surprise. Parking was directly in front, very convenient. All is well except there was another guest that kept smoking in front of the entrance so we reeked of cigarettes when entering & exiting the room. Even the foyer stinks of smoke, which is a bit unfortunate but not the hotel's fault, just our bad luck. For what you pay it's pretty good overall & would stay again. Definitely recommend of you looking for an afforable family room with plenty of parking & quiet location. I think the place only has 8 rooms.

Liked the location as quiet and convenient for work. Food was good value at restaurant, shower excellent. Complementary Tim Tams excellent. Car parking was really close to rooms Staff really friendly and helpful which is something you don't always get at much more expensive places Not so good shower door didn't shut properly and a wall socket had come loose off wall.

Tradesmen started demolishing an adjacent room at 6.45am. The skip bin was outside our window. Seriously bad form we paid good money and got no sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was as it appeared in picture - basic but clean and comfortable, beds were great, enjoyed free drink at hotel bar and discount for meal, which was good. Good value for money, especially in Sydney suburbs - we were pleasantly surprised. Also had off street parking which was good. We would stay there again.
