With easy all day off street parking available in surrounding streets, we are located across from a local park and within walking distance to Bronte high street.
We have a quiet and peaceful front patio, open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen both available for your stay.
The Space:
Set in a classic Art Deco building on the Waverley/Bronte border, our apartment is a classic Sydney find. Within easy walking, driving or public transport distance to either Bronte, Bondi, Clovelly or Coogee beaches but also just as easily to reach the CBD or Inner City via Sydney's famous nearby parks Queens park and Centennial Park. This is a highly sought after area to live in Sydney due to this proximity to all of the Eastern Suburbs or the CBD.
Our provincial style kitchen has recently been upgraded and is fully equipped with many appliances ready to use. The bathroom has also had a recent facelift and also has laundry facilities available to use.
The front patio area is a quiet and peaceful space with an outdoor lounge which is ideal for your morning coffee or evening drink. While it is technically a communal walkway across from it it is your space to use during your stay.
There are local shops within very easy walking distance to the apartment with several cafes, mini markets and other local shops nearby.
There is ample off street parking available as it is a quiet residential area.
