This brand new, double storey guesthouse is separately contained with its own entrance, courtyard garden and BBQ area. It is fully furnished with new appliances and manchester.

Reverse air conditioner, electricity, gas and water included in the rental price.

It features a bedroom with a Queen size bed, kitchen/dining area, laundry/bathroom with washing machine, two lounges, two TV's, microwave, heater, fans, as well as access to a private pool shared only with the owners of the property.

Located in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Public transportation to CBD close by, as well street parking.
Only fully vaccinated visitors. Vaccination certificate must be shown prior to check in.
Maximum Two Adults - No Children, Pets, Parties or Loud Music.

Good base from which to explore Sydney

Stayed for about 10 days. Accommodation comprises two story “granny flat” at the end of the garden. Positives: Made welcome, spacious, quiet. Basic cooking materials (salt, pepper etc) provided. Laundry facility (washer, iron etc). Issues: Could do with loungers outside. Pool contained a lot of leaves and was not cleaned during stay despite being warm enough to swim.

First visit to Australia!

Helen’s guesthouse was perfect for the trip I had planned. The house is clean, cozy, and quiet. Having the pool to cool off in on hot days was a nice bonus. Train station was about a 20 minute walk and excellent local restaurants close by. Only thing I would have liked was a comfortable chair or lounger outside as I loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the beautiful greenery and the sounds of the birds. And maybe a couple of beach towels to use. Helen was very welcoming and I definitely plan to try to book again on my next visit!
