"The hotel was very clean including public places. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good - an extra cost but worth it. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but came across one desk clerk that may have been having a bad day and was unfortunately very rude for no apparent reason - who knows. Otherwise I would have rated the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5. "

"The hotel is so conveniently located and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent as well. The only downside was that the aircon unit had an intermittent sound. "

"The Shangri-La was amazing got our 3 night stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful and our room has a tremendous view of the Harbour. The staff were very friendly. There was a bit of construction noise during our spa treatments but everything else including our dine-in breakfast was perfect."

"Decent room although a couple of small details - broken wardrobe door that did not slide smoothly and a stain on the curtain - were a slight negative. Staff all super nice and the location is great."

"Room was good , bed were comfy , but air con was dripping water off the outlet due to the filters being dirty I’d say , looking in the vent where the filter was in looked really dirty , got dripped on as you walked past the outlet vent "
