"Clean room, pool was extremely overcrowded, not enough sun beds or chairs which was a disappointment. Room service somehow sent food to the wrong room and didn’t notify us. The service has definitely declined over the years. "

"Check in, the room and check out were all excellent. Always good staying at the Fullerton, great location, always clean rooms and comfy beds. On our last day we left our bags with concierge as we were not heading to the airport until late. When we came to collect our bags, one of the concierge guys just told us if we see our bags, we can go and get them ourselves. This was really disappointing for so many reasons. Otherwise excellent!"
