Paddington Weekender

Summary:
Light and bright one bedroom apartment in the heart of Paddington, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with private courtyard. Newly redecorated and furnished. A clean and tidy perfectly located apartment.

The Space:
Our one bedroom apartment is ideal for singles or couples with a large king size bed and also the option of a comfortable fold out sofa bed for two extra guests. Guests can enjoy and relax in the private courtyard with gas BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen including, Nespresso machine, gas cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher.

High speed wifi and smart TV.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to SCG (Moore park gates), Sydney entertainment quarter and centennial park.

Lively Oxford street is just minutes away were guests can enjoy Paddington markets on Saturdays, boutique shops, many cafes, bars and restaurants.

A small local supermarket has all guests will need just mins walk away too.

Woollahra's bustling Queen street is just 5 mins walk away.

Getting Around:
Guests will be well connected with bus stops servicing direct routes to Sydney city, circular quay, Bondi junction and Bondi beach, all within 20mins journey away.

Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
