Excellent location

A homely substantial older property with views of the harbour and city. The city is within walking distance over the bridge or via nearby ferry. With a choice lounge areas there is plenty of space to relax.

Beautiful house, great views!

This house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. It's out of the way of lots of traffic, but within walking distance to public transport. The views from the various windows/balconies is gorgeous, and had plenty of room for our whole group!

Perfect location for Sydney visit

We were able to walk to the ferry to easily get around to the Sydney sights. The walk back was uphill, but when we wanted it was easy and inexpensive to use Uber. The pool is wonderful with lots of greenery that made us feel like we were in a little oasis in the city. The main floor of the house has several sitting areas and a large kitchen with ample table seating both inside and out. The house has a lot of stairs and step downs with the bedrooms all on the second floor. There is a beautiful view of the harbor from the master bedroom and upper deck. The house needed a thorough deep cleaning.

Wonderful, comfortable home

We had a great seven-week stay. The home is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We had a couple of surprise visits from maintenance people, and the guest wifi is okay for internet browsing in main living areas but the the signal wasn’t strong enough in the study it upstairs for video conferencing (which made it a challenge when working from home). Aside from that, we couldn’t be happier - the home accommodated us and our two small children very well. Thank you again.

Not clean and needs large amounts repaired & maintenance

We reported many issues and host did not respond in a timely manner, chat was always offline and even when they replied, it was to ask more questions rather than fix the issues - Issues we had:- house not properly cleaned - dust, mould etc.- large damage to kitchen ceiling.- damaged and dangerous sun deck.- blocked shower drain.- faulty dishwasher.- Only 1 of 2 parking spots available due to owner's vehicle parked there.- pool not clean/filthy - hours spent cleaning and unblocking pool cleaner pump.- cutlery/pots & pans filthy - we had to clean everything we used prior to using.- bathroom fans filthyetc.Location was great but this property is not worth the price tag and the host does not provide any customer service.

Very well located spacious house

It is very well located spacious house if you want discover Sydney citi centre,just short walk to the ferry which take you to th Circular Quay.The house itself is spacious,little bit older but very well maintaned.Very well equipped kitchen.We were satisfied.
