「Terrible customer service」

「Very nice hotel. Rooms felt spacious and the property was elegantly designed. Loved that it has access to its own cinema. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not」

「The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average.」

「Decent, hard bed though even though I slept well. Balcony view was tremendous, ABIT weary of the few cockroaches but the room was still clean non the less. Disappointed as there was no coffee at the restaurant. As I stay in hotels to be able to have coffee available rather than just the usual tea 」
