Small apartment complex in the heart of Westerland on Sylt. A few steps to the beach and in the pedestrian area. From this well maintained house you have an ideal transport connection.

In 2014, this apartment was extensively renovated and renovated. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, located in the middle of the center of Sylt but due to the location in a dead end completely quiet. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor with a new kitchenette and shower room.

Die Wohnung liegt in Perfekter ruhiger lage auf Westerland.( Parkplatz zur Wohnung vorhanden) Der Strand ist in 10 Min. und die Shopping mall in 7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.
