An apartment in a wonderfully exposed location! Located directly at the Hotel Miramar / Dünenstraße stand transition and very quietly located directly on a dune. Whether a swim in the sea, strolling in the pedestrian zone or on the beach promenade, wellness in the Kurmittelhaus, relaxing in the adventure pool, shopping or feasting, everything is in the immediate vicinity. The pedestrian and bicycle path runs along the house, from which all island locations are easily accessible without touching the main arteries of the island. The main route of the new Nordic Walking Park is only one minute away from the property.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of one
Living room with dining area and kitchenette, bedroom, new shower room, and balcony.
The living area is furnished with a sofa set with double sofa bed, wall unit, cable HD TV, Bose stereo radio, telephone, dining area with pull-out table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, toaster.
New: WiFi connection and telephone flat rate available.
The bathroom (also completely renovated) is equipped with a shower with a seat, toilet and vanity.
The bedroom contains a large double bed with back-friendly mattresses and slatted frames, climate-friendly duvets. Generous cupboard walls accommodate your holiday wardrobe, holiday mail can be written to a secretary.
You can enjoy the sun on the sheltered south balcony with a beach chair.
There is a free parking space in the courtyard. Bicycle stands are available in the yard or in the garage.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be used in the basement.
This is a non smoking apartment. Please only smoke on the balcony.
