It features a lovingly furnished living and dining room with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher. The apartment has one double bedroom (180 cm) with an en-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Both bathrooms have modern rain showers and natural light. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are available. Pets are welcome. Public parking is available directly at the property on Uthlandstraße. Loading and unloading facilities are located in the driveway.
