Villa Rosa is a seaside holiday home suitable for groups or even single units, consisting of 2 independent apartments:

• Ground Floor (4 people), consisting of:
  >> kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms + depandance / living, veranda with marble table;

• First Floor (4 + 2 persons), consisting of:
   >> living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, veranda, rooftop.

   - wifi and air conditioning


SPACE:

The Villa has been completely renovated and furnished in 2018.
It is equipped with all the necessary services to guarantee the permanence in comfortable and functional environments.
4 bathrooms in correspondence to the 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 2 additional outdoor showers with hot water, 2 outdoor covered verandas, 2 terraces, depandance, barbecue area, patio and garden, are just some of the amenities that distinguish Villa Rosa from the common houses to the sea, for completeness and harmony of the offer.

GUEST ACCESS:

The villa is structured in such a way as to be suitable for reception for groups or families but also for individual units. In fact, the layout of the apartments is separate and even the spaces can be considered autonomous.

The bedrooms are all furnished in the same style, so as to ensure uniformity of the hospitality: comfortable double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamp and armchair represent the kit for the guest.

You access the first floor apartment from the main veranda which serves the garden; in this you can relax on the masonry seats and have lunch around the round table). Upon entering you find yourself in the large and fresh living room, the living room, equipped with a fireplace area, a very bright window overlooking the garden and a TV and dining area; with the double sofa-bed, two comfortable armchairs.
From the internal staircase you go up to the floor, accessing the kitchen, which has a window with sea view and large window for access to the roof-top (a terrace of about 30 square meters with living room to enjoy the sea view or starry sky, to prepare the your barbecue or lunch in the shade of the gazebo).
Continuing internally, from the corridor, a large window serves a second terrace, overlooking the patio and garden, furnished with a rattan lounge for your aperitifs. From the corridor you go to the main bathroom, and then finish with the 2 rooms. One of which is in turn equipped with a master bathroom.

The ground floor apartment is accessed from the back of the Villa. The peculiarity of this is the functional dislocation, more suited to an outdoor living area, between the veranda and the depandance. These two environments, strictly communicating, allow continuity between the relaxation area in the annex (with masonry seats, sofa, cushions, table, armchairs and TV) and dining area on the covered veranda, with a long marble table that will immediately become the nerve center of the your stay; a brick barbecue for your grilling in the garden completes the outdoor area. These are connected to the apartment's access, the kitchen, which allows you to easily serve the outdoor area. Once inside, it follows the same setting of the first floor, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
