“The kind of place you almost don’t want to review so it stays a best kept secret. But seriously, this was a great find. Spacious, clean, easy access, and a 4 min drive from Vernon Downs, where I was attending a conference. There were a nice amount of amenities for the price point. Good quality towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed with good quality pillows and bedding. Convenient check-in/out, parking, etc. Easy to connect to WiFi, Bluetooth shower speaker, and YouTube TV, thanks to thorough……

“My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy……

“The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.”

“This was an amazing overnight stay! So much better than we were expecting to enjoy it. The lions, all 4, were in front of our window for almost the entire stay, both in the afternoon/night and again in the morning before leaving. To have them lounging, playing, sleeping, grooming right in front of the window with literally your hand separating them from you by plexiglass is unforgettable. My 3 young adult children also agree this was worth the money to experience for a night. We also were able……

The only thing that caught us off guard was there is not central AC, it was two window units. Just something to know incase you are like us and like a cool/cold house.
