“Great house with great views. Super clean, stocked with generous supply of toiletries and everything you could need for the kitchen. We stayed with kids ranging from 17-24 and the downstairs was great giving them their own space. “We stayed at the property for approximately a week. We were never at a loss for something to do - kayaking, hiking, sight-seeing, shopping, family outings or just relaxing and enjoying the view. “I wanted to visit the mountains but not be in a subdivision in the mountains around a bunch of other houses and people. The location of this cabin is perfect. It is not too far off the main road but far enough away so you feel secluded. It is close to Grandby, Winter Park, Frasier and Grand Lake so there are lot of things to do, see, or visit. The outdoor living is amazing, especially with the view. Having chairs, an eating table, a couch, grill and a fire pit makes the deck a great multi-use……

“This home was perfect for our little family Christmas. I felt the location was perfectly placed between Winter Park and Granby. Everything you need is within 15 minutes but the home has unobstructed nature and mountain views. It was nice being able to take advantage of the fireplace and hot tub. The rooms were good sized and bathrooms were toasty warm. We are super grateful the home is pet friendly. Also, being able to park in the garage is a huge plus! ”

“Nice property in a great neighborhood with a fun lake for dog and grandkid walks. Close to Winter Park, lakes and national parks. Also close to Y Snow Mountain Ranch where reasonably priced day passes provide tons of things for kids to do. Be sure to go to the ski area on Friday and Saturday evenings for free Gondola rides to the peak for snacks and happy hour. ”

“We needed a place that would be appropriate for our large family, coming from 3 states, with grandkids ranging from 1 1/2 to 18 years old. This house was perfect. The upper deck is large and safe. We played many board games out there. There is a wonderful creek or stream that the middle aged kids loved. We all went on the acres of trails with mines to peek in. Our CrossFit trainers separated and connected with the public trails they followed from maps on their phones. The road up and down from……

“This was just what we needed. This location is remote, quiet, and peaceful. It was wonderful to see the stars at night, watch the chipmunks and the hummingbirds zip around during the day. I felt very relaxed the whole time we were here. Not having cell phone signal is wonderful. It was the perfect weekend getaway.You are close to Golden Gate Canyon State Park, which has great hiking, as well as some other trail heads. If you need anything, or feel like going out to eat, Nederland isn't far away……

“Wonderful property with great access to family frendly mountain fun!”

“Wow is all we can say! This property is more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. The details, from interior decorating to the kitchen stocked well with quality cookware, are spot-on. We really enjoyed the hot tub for an early morning soak and sitting on the deck which affords views of the mountains and countryside. This time of year the hummingbirds were so prevalent that they often came right up to us! It is in a convenient location, not far from Boulder or Golden. We drove into……
