“Overall, this hotel is good and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The staff are very sincere, kind, and respectful — and I truly appreciate that. My review is meant to help them improve, because I believe they are trying their best. The main challenge I experienced was communication. Very few staff members speak English, so even simple requests were difficult. For example, I ran out of toilet paper, tried to explain it, and even showed the empty roll, but nothing was……
