I stayed there very often but this visit was very disappointed upon Check in there was no room with queen bed they give me 2 single bed there single bed is like 28 inches by 66 inches if you are skinny philipino you can fit there 2nd there is Constrction going on at the back you cannot sleep after 7 Am 3rd breakfast so terrible it’s just a Attraction to travelers FREE BREAKFAST BUT THEY WILL SERVE YOU OLD COFFEE AND NO BREAD WITH OAMLATE VERY TERRIBLE !!

Convenient to Tacloban airport

The hotel is on a very busy and noisy street in Tacloban. We stayed only one night for a very early flight the next morning. We stayed immediately following the typhoon so the pwer was out, but the hotel was being powered by a generator. They placed us in a room facing the busy street, directly over the generator. Ironically, the noise from the generator helped drown out the street noise, so we were able to sleep relatively well. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to get to the airport at 4:30am the next morning. We left too early to have breakfast, even though it was included with the room.

Close to the shops like, Manaduefoam & Wilcon .Walking distance if you like going for a walk or catch a pedicab(minivan) to Robinson’s mall for 8 php.

I was frustrated when I was not issued an official receipt by your office since I have to refund the same with my Office. I already contacted your staff trice about the copy of the official receipt but I was only sent some email with regard the matter. When I was able to clarify the matter, I was informed that you are not issuing receipt because you are based in the USA. However, the fact that I paid you I am entitled to a receipt for my payment. I am not concern of whether you are paying taxes here or not but what I am asking is that I should be issued the receipt for the amount I paid in my stay in The Loft in Cagayan de Oro city. Anyway I will be reporting this matter to the concerned government agency.

快適

タクロバン空港までトライシクルで10分、ショッピングモールまで徒歩10分のロケーションです。小綺麗で、無料Wi-Fi、親切なスタッフ、美味しいレストラン、シャワーはお湯も出るし、ガラス戸で区切られて、トイレがびしょ濡れにならない、などこの料金で充分快適でした。ただ、雨の多いタクロバンで、SMモールまで徒歩10分は厳しかったです。モールにより至近のホテルより安いので、次回もここにするつもりです。

The bathroom was quite small, you could hardly move around the space. The bed was very good, very comfy! The wifi was not very good - it came on & off. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Its very near to Robinson. Only 15 minutrs rides to airport. This hotel provides free breakfast. The hotel is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Quality of service is very good.

Staying at the Loft hotel is a great experience from facilities to service. Very nice room and supplies are good. Location is also very accessible and along the road where you can access different kind of public vehicles / mode of transportation.

nice hotel

hotel was nice also with the staff an free breakfast.. only problem was with the bidet in the toilet because the handle was broken. it was hard to get water through. sana chinicheck ng maintenance facilities at irepair agad or palitan yung mga sira.
