「 the valet opening the door and the warm greeting from all the staff made me feel right at home as soon as i stepped inside. Room Was very clean and spacious. Dinner on level 9 was also excellent. A taste of western food is nice break from rice everyday. It was a treat really. Breakfast was included in the booking and breakfast was great. My wife had the triple cheese toasty with the brew coffee and i had the french toast with bacon and scrambled eggs. This hotel is a good location for...

「Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place. 」

「The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.」
