Check in was a little complicated because we couldn’t open link with instruction how to get in to our apartment but Sophari was very quick to answer and help us out. They decided to cancel our booking and re-book for a larger rental price. I booked in March, This stay was in July. It coincided with a busy weekend in Seattle and they took advantage.
