「Getting information about how to manage parking was met with what sounded more like a question from the front desk staff rather than a statement about how it worked.
Overall--this hotel is in the HOOD. There are homeless people right outside, things don't work, there's a train right outside that was really noise. I'm frankly TIRED of Expedia not putting information about things like trains in their information. Two nights in a row, two different hotels, two different cities both times...
