With two comfortable queen beds, a well-appointed bathroom stocked with essentials (including a hairdryer), and convenient amenities like fast WiFi, a full kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Located just minutes from some of Tacoma’s best restaurants, concerts, waterfront spots, and local attractions—including Point Defiance Park, the Zoo & Aquarium, and Ruston Way—this is the perfect home base for exploring the area.

Great Stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament in Gig Harbor and the property was perfectly located, just a short drive from the freeway, making it super convenient for getting around. The place was spotless and well-maintained—felt like a home away from home. It was also nice and quiet, making for a peaceful stay. The host was fantastic, very responsive, and made sure everything was in order for my stay. The space had everything you'd expect from an Airbnb, and even more, which was a nice surprise! Definitely recommend this place to others. Great value for the price!

We had a lovely stay here in Tacoma. This area was a blast to explore and the house itself was cozy and prefect for our girls trip. Two moms and our daughters had a very comfortable stay. Everything was just a short drive away and we enjoyed the space tremendously.

Modern Rental Near Waterpark

Quiet, clean, and modern space-perfect for a family getaway. Conveniently located near a great waterpark and other nearby amenities. Definitely family-friendly and comfortable!
