Consider this charming cottage your home away from home while you visit Tacoma. Located two blocks from the University of Puget Sound (UPS) campus and 10 from Proctor District - the best boutique shopping in Town. Single level and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. The natural privacy is wonderful.

Two large bedrooms featuring queen beds, private desk space, a bathroom with a soaking tub - This fantastic retreat with many amenities has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Meticulously cared for, this home, yard supreme location make for a wonderful stay.

Complete privacy and use of the home and private patio. Two blocks from UPS and 10 blocks from Proctor district, 6th avenue (home to incredible eateries and events) many parks and quick freeway access.

Quiet neighborhood

I can't say enough good things about this rental. Jenny was a gem to work with and very reaponsive to messages. The home is in a quiet family neighborhood and we always felt safe. The kitchen has been remodeled and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. 10 out of 10!

This is one of the nicest places we’ve rented. Everything was just as described or better. If you are needing access to University of Puget Sound it is so close! Checking in was easy and checking out was the least complicated ever. Jenny was quick to respond when communicating with her. We highly recommend this house.
