Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.

It’s what you would expect for a $60 hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash this is it. The bedding is always clean and the rooms are clean. It’s in a pretty rough part of town but has noticeably less sketchy types lurking around unlike some of the other cheaper spots nearby. Stayed here 7-8 times and my experience has been consistent. For under $80 this is the best you’ll do.

The reviews are extremely misleading. The room was so disgusting. For $114 for one night is actually criminal. we had to leave after our show and drive back to Portland because it was just not going to happen. We could not sleep there. Floor was full of hair, the remote was sticky, holes in the blankets, stains on pillows, stains on the wall, it REEKED of tobacco and cigarette smoke that followed us. Ugh so crazy. And they tried to charge $20 per person as a deposit that you don’t get back? Crazy. Idk what I was expecting but not that. Pay the extra money for your slumber.

The people there were amazing. I locked my keys and phone in my car. They did everything they could to help me get it unlocked. But they ended up calling someone to open the car. They were going to wait out side with me until the car door was opened but I told them that it was not needed. I think they watched me out the window which was very nice. I think it was in a rougher part of town but I felt safe.

don't ignore the reviews, like I did

You have to slide your credit card and ID through a tray under a window, if that gives you and indiction of the clientele and location. The lobby is not open. There is no free coffee. There is no hot water. No warm water, in fact. The wash cloths were so worn out, they were like rags. It smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The comforter had a cigarette burn on it.

I got hacked sorry about my recent review this place is a great location near alot of restaurants good housekeeping and the wife is super understanding and nice they accommodated my stay last min and got a good room it has a nice view definitely recommend this place for commuters easy acces to freeway... The owners are great people and super caring
