Experience luxury and flexibility at this modern retreat with incredible waterfront and mountain views. The first-floor studio can connect to the main house or function as a private apartment with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and queen bedroom—ideal for friends, coworkers, or adult children.
The second floor offers backyard and deck access, a kitchen, living room, master bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk bed with two twins. The third floor features a balcony, a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed and soaker tub. Each room boasts spectacular views.

Perfect stay for visiting family
The house was perfect for visiting family who live in the Baker Condos in Point Ruston. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for all. An easy walk or drive to Point Ruston. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. Our pre visit communications with the property manager were prompt and friendly. I would book again.

The location is great, very close to Ruston, which is a new development on the bay, with restaurants and a theater.
Beware there are lots of stairs. Also we were there over July 4th, if you don't like fireworks this place is not for you, they went on until midnight, some right on our street.

A brand new property located extremely close to the Point Defiance entrance and minutes from the new Point Ruston developments, including the soon to come Point Ruston Farmers' Market. We had a great first trip to the Tacoma area and the Owner/Manager was outstanding and extremely helpful. We really recommend this property!
