"Das gemietete Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit Blick aufs Meer und den Teide. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die sehr freundlichen Eltern des Vermieters wohnen auf dem Anwesen und kochten uns zum Abschied eine traumhafte Paella. Der Vermieter stand die ganze Zeit mit Rat und Tat und Tipps zur Verfügung."

Antonio, the property manager is very warm and friendly, he took care about us almost as for family, provided many quite usefull information about trips, restaurants and so on. "This is a lovely, spacious bungalow with private parking, a hot tub and great views of the sea and mountains. You absolutely need a car as too far to walk anywhere and the roads are very steep!. Owners could not give us English television channels but found us two english speaking news channels which was important as we were there during the lock down because of the corona virus We could go shopping but that's all so were trapped in the bungalow and its grounds which wasn't so bad. Some issues...

"Our host Elke was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, even when we arrived in the dark around 9:45 in the evening. We had everything we needed in our little house, even an espresso maker! We enjoyed the pool, and we ate dinner outside on the patio nearly every night. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the local grocer. I would highly recommend this house and Elke as a host!"

"Das Haus in Santa Ursula war insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider waren wir von der Umgebung sehr enttäuscht, das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und drum herum sind halbfertige Häuser und ein großer Schlammiger Platz gewesen. Es war leider sehr kalt als wir dort waren und außer zwei Heizlüftern hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten um uns Warm zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung gibt es nicht. Zudem konnte man wenn man die Heizlüfter benutzen wollte, nicht mehr Kochen oder Wäsche waschen, da ständig...

"Après une route plutôt chaotique la maison est dans un lieu retiré et au calme ce qui en fait un site super de repos. En plus situé a 15 minutes de Cruz de carmen point de départ de nombreuses randonnées, cool..."

"Ich gehe zu erst auf die negativen Punkte ein, da diese hier leider überwiegen. - Das Objekt ist nicht modernisiert und es fehlten sehr viele Sachen wie z. B. Gläser, Bretter und generelle Dinge zum Kochen. Die Pfannen waren schon alle sehr abgenutzt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dort lediglich alte Sachen verstaut worden sind. Wir mussten Sachen wie Bretter oder Pfannen anfordern. Außerdem fehlten Steckdosen am Bett. Jeder Mensch hat heut zu Tage ein Handy! - Der Kühlschrank ist kaputt...

"We were happy to explore more rural part of the island. Property is well kept with mature garden and all appliances at hand. I personally would advise owner to change pillows as the present ones in state of decay otherwise all good."

Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist. Es handelt sich um ein Haus, dass nur dem jeweiligen Mieter allein zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht ein relativ hoher...

"Nice view and very nice barbecue area. The pool is 6x6 meters. The mattress is a first price but it is quiet new. The house is old, not well maintained and not very clean. There is no oven (except the outside wood-fired oven) and some appliances don’t work. The owner tells you that he comes to repair, that he comes to change the equipment, but he never comes. The real problem is the land just below the house, there is a large children’s playground. With trampoline, climbing games, above-ground...

"Room was bad at first but they changed me to a nicer and cleaner one. Room has a good size and everything needed to be ok for a few days. The staff is awesome. Especially the bar area."

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."
