"Location is extremely far and rooms are not the best. Jacuzzi was broken during my stay and the rooms are very outdated."

"Clean spacious room and great staff!"

"This was the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was amazing and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities."

"One word sums up this resort..... spectacular!!!!! From the room, the staff, the food, and the views just incredible!!! Me and my wife have traveled around the world and hands down this is the best resort we have ever been to!! We only stayed one night before boarding our South Pacific Cruise but we have already booked a week stay next fall!!! Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay incredible!"

"This is one of the most unique properties we have ever stayed in. Snuggled against the lush mountain side with a spectacular view of the lagoon, the Vanira Lodge is a must if in the Teahupoo area. We stayed here in 2015 and it was magical. We were so excited to be back and it was just as magical as the first time. Merci!"

"Absolutely beautiful property off the beaten path, quiet, Very nice comfortable rooms."

"Great little spot where you have privacy and share common areas like kitchen, bathrooms, showers. The host was helpful and friendly. The pool was great. Peaceful place. Would like to go back and check out the tree house! Maybe next time :)"

"They were so lovely to work with!! Super helpful with how to get to their location, offering insight as a local. Then place was perfect I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"we loved the location and it was clean and hosts were nice - just wish they had had a hot tub for our weary bodies after traveling :)"

"This place is in a great location, walking distance to the market and ferry. It’s a little tricky to find and not a typical hotel. There are 4 or 5 large rooms/ units with large beds, large bathroom and small kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful"
